We are super happy to have you shopping with us and will always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible!

Shipping is free on orders over £55.

We offer standard shipping with tracking. 

The expected shipping times are currently between 4 - 14 days depending on destination.

We always try to pack and send out your order as soon as possible, however during very busy times processing can take longer. Once your order has been dispatched from our Asian warehouse you will receive an email with tracking information. 

Customers are responsible for any additional customs fees that could incur with your country's policies.

 

Unexpected Delays

In some instances, the delivery may take more time than the standard shipping times stated. Please contact our amazing customer service team if your package is taking longer than expected to arrive and we will help you to resolve any situation that we have control over.
